Research Paper Ideas...

Okay, so the paper is about the vocation or purpose of your life (my life). 
The paper should answer the questions: 
What kind of life am I being called to live?
Who do I want to be in the future? 


What kind of life and I being called to live?
I think I have always been a kind of care-giver. I like to help people, and make them feel better. I like to serve others. The happiness of others is important to me. 

Who do I want to be in the future?
I want to be a nurse. I want to make people smile, I want to help them feel better, and I want to help elevate some of their worries. I want people to feel important and cared for. I want to make them feel valued and loved. I want to be someone who helps people. I want to be someone who makes people feel better, about themselves - both physically and mentally. And I want to be able to do that by having the knowledge required to do so effectively. 

I think this is a pretty good start to an idea, probably a topic that envelops all of these concepts would just be "Helping Others". 

My questions about the topic:

1. How in the world am I going to get sources about helping others?
Would it be something like an article about people giving to charity...? I'm not sure.

2. How am I going to expand my idea of "helping people" beyond the duties of a nurse (which honestly I do not know too much about at this point in time).
Maybe I could research and explain what a nurse does before I go into how preforming these duties is helping others and would fulfill my purpose in life.

3. Would writing about caring for a family go into this paper well? I think I could kind of give some personal experience about that, and how that also would fulfill my purpose.

4. How do I incorporate these quotes into what I want to accomplish in life when these articles will be about other people? 

5.Would I only find these sources on the internet?

6.What kind of websites would be reliable sources of information for a topic based on opinion? Maybe it is just my interpretation of these sources...?

7. Will I have enough to write about on this topic? Can I efficiently expand these ideas to create more content without sounding dreadfully repetitive?

8. I'd really like to write about this topic because I feel strongly about it, and I'd like to think I would have enough to say... but where would I even start? 

9. Interviews... who would I interview about "helping others"? My mom? I mean I would consider her a suitable expert on the topic.

10. Would it flow well if I added in a spiritual twist to my paper? How helping others is doing the work of God? Or is that just adding too many variables for me?
